More than 35 years ago, Bob and Gary began working together on ventures and projects in industries ranging from forestry, real estate, wellness and nutrition, exporting, publishing and classic cars and motorcycles. When they formalized their partnership as The GRN Group, they did so with a firm knowledge and belief that the skills they have acquired and developed would serve a marketplace hungry for smart, actionable guidance.

Meet The GRN GROUP
Partner
Gary S. Rae
Gary is Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of The GRN Group. He has a wealth of executive management experience, notably as division president for four public or privately held home building companies. He brings his leadership ability and dedication to serving clients to The GRN Group, along with his strategic and tactical planning abilities.
A New Jersey native, Gary adopted the Lone Star State as his home in 1978. He has three grown children, and enjoys spending time with them and giving back to the community, serving on the board of the nonprofit Christmas is for Children. Today, he lives with wife. Patricia. and their dog, Charlie, and enjoys motorcycles, playing ice hockey, vintage cars and University of Texas football.

Bob Namar
Bob is Founder and General Partner of The GRN Group. He is the creative force behind The GRN Group, focusing his content creation and promotional skills on the unique needs of its clients. His experience in marketing and branding communication over the years as the proprietor of NAMARKETER has served industry leaders including Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Deloitte, Hovnanian, and UBS, breaking down silos and building communities along with messaging.
A passionate, lifelong baseball fan, Bob began his career as marketing manager for the New York Yankees minor league team. Today, he still follows them closely from his home in New Jersey where he lives with his wife, Trish, and two children. In his spare time, he operates e-commerce site YESTERCOOL and volunteers his time and skills for several community, alumni and professional associations.
